Return Policy We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at eurhthshe@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is received, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at eurhthshe@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
